For years she has honed her craft by attending educational classes from cuts and colors to perms and relaxers. She is certified by Wayne Grund in razor cutting and with the Keratin Smoothing System. She has a vast array of experience gained from working on the East Coast and in Denver, Colorado. Alicia has always been a creative person, with a passion for consistency, specializing in color and special occasion styles. She takes pride in giving her clients the best service possible every time they sit in her chair. Alicia has been at About Face for 11 years.
Angie Stein - Front Desk Manager/Makeup Artist 23 years experience Monday OFF Tuesday 12pm to 8pm Wednesday 12pm to 8pm Thursday 12pm to 8pm Friday OFF Saturday 9am to 4pm Sunday CLOSED		Angie graduated from the State College of Beauty Culture in 1987. She worked as a stylist and makeup artist for five years. After taking a break to raise her children she went into the hotel industry for ten years. Angie kept up on her cosmetology skills by doing freelance work. She always knew her heart was in the beauty industry so she made her way back and for the past seven years has been managing the front desk at About Face. She also is a top makeup artist at the salon specializing in airbrush foundation. Come in for your next event so she can give your skin a flawless photo ready look.
Christiane Schnepf - Esthetician 10 years experience Monday OFF Tuesday 1pm to 7pm Wednesday OFF Thursday OFF Friday 10am to 5pm Saturday 9am to 5pm Sunday CLOSED		Christiane has been practicing esthetics since March of 2000. She worked the majority of those ten years at Pour Vous Salon in Mequon and recently joined the About Face staff. Through the years she has continued her education as skin care technology is always changing and progressing. Helping her clients achieve the goal of obtaining the best skin they can possibly have is what she enjoys best. She offers specialized facials specific to the client whether it is meant for treating acne or aging issues. She also performs all types of waxing and makeup application as well as lessons. Christiane is very passionate about her career and will always keep her clients well informed about the "latest and greatest" in skin care.
Erin Clancy - Office Manager & Esthetician 10 years experience Monday 9am to 5pm Tuesday 9am to 5pm Wednesday 9am to 5pm Thursday 9am to 5pm Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday OFF Sunday - CLOSED		Erin is an experienced business professional with over 10 years in the beauty industry. She received her Aesthetics License from The Institute of Beauty & Wellness in November 2001. Erin attended MATC and received her AAS Degree in Business Administration (Business Management) in December 2011. Erin is continuing her education to earn her BS degree in HR (Human Resources) at Concordia University, Mequon. She joined us in November 2011 as Office Manager, assisting Kelli in managing the day to day operations at About Face Salon. Erin is available for waxing services, facials and makeup lessons.
Heather Fox - Hair Stylist 15 years experience Monday OFF Tuesday 12pm to 8pm Wednesday 12pm to 8pm Thursday 12pm to 8pm Friday OFF Saturday OFF Sunday CLOSED		Heather has been bringing her clients the art of hairstyling for 15 years, combining an approach to the details backed by a multitude of certifications, from style design, to color application and correction. With the knowledge she has obtained by training under the direction of world class stylists, Heather strives to transfer that into a look that works best for you. Her goal is to give you a relaxing experience while taking the time to listen to you in order to create a style that matches exactly what you are looking for. She wants to make you look and feel your best while giving you the confidence to maintain it outside of the salon. Heather looks forward to working with you!
Heidi Netzel - Esthetician/Nail Technician 13 years experience Monday 8am to 8pm Tuesday 8am to 4pm Wednesday OFF Thursday OFF Friday OFF Saturday OFF Sunday CLOSED		Heidi graduated in the spring of 1997 from the Nail Tech Academy. She worked for a year at two different salons in Crivitz and Wausaukee, WI. Loving the experience she gathered during that time Heidi decided to expand her knowledge in the field by enrolling in the esthetics program at Martin's School of Hair Design. Upon completion of the program in 1999 Heidi moved to Milwaukee where she began her career at About Face. Heidi has furthered her education by taking additional classes in speed waxing, multiple facial classes thru Pevonia, master Brisa classes, and MD Formulations. With her expertise and ever growing knowledge of the nail field Heidi manages the salon's nail technicians with confidence that our salon and staff will always offer you the most relaxing and current services.
Jacquie Heffelfinger  - Hair Stylist/Makeup Artist 7 years experience Monday 12pm to 8pm Tuesday 10am to 6pm Wednesday OFF Thursday OFF Friday OFF Saturday 9am to 4pm Sunday CLOSED		Jacquie is a hair stylist and makeup artist with seven years experience and has been with About Face for six wonderful years. One of her biggest goals in life is making people feel beautiful which is why she loves her profession so much! She strives for perfection whether it is performing color, highlights, or cutting. Jacquie expresses uniqueness and exquisite creativity in her special occasion styles and makeup applications. Her strong leadership skills have made her a fantastic stylist manager. She loves to help other stylists continue their education. Jacquie is a certified Pureologist (Pureology product expert), has taken many Redken specialist cutting classes, and is certified in the Keratin Complex Smoothing System.

She decided to continue her career by pursuing an education as a nail technician. Jamie attended the Nail Tech Academy 6 years ago. She is a recognized member of the World's Elite, a master course in gel enhancements. Jamie continues her education and loves keeping up on all the latest products and technology. She also has a passion for makeup application. Jamie excels in bridal and wedding parties at the salon or on site.

She began her career at Pour Vous Salon and for seven years gained experience and growth. Kelly strives to educate herself as well as her clients. In 2003 she visited Puerto Rico to attend Wella's Global Vision and then trained with Wella Color at their studios in New York City and Chicago. After a week long precision cutting course in Miami through Vidal Sasson, Kelly participated in the Redken Symposium hosted in Las Vegas in 2007 and 2009.  In May of 2010 Kelly started at About Face. She loves the salon atmosphere and could not imagine doing anything else as her profession. She specializes in cut and color and also loves to do facial waxing. She wants her clients leaving her chair feeling they had the best experience possible from About Face salon & boutique.
Lynn Kosidowski - Hair Stylist 20 years experience Monday 10am to 4pm Tuesday OFF Wednesday OFF Thursday 11am to 7pm Friday 10am to 5pm Saturday 9am to 4pm Sunday CLOSED		When it comes to artistic creativity Lynn is an observer, a perfectionist, always up on the latest styles and trends. She graduated from the Erik of Norway beauty school in 1990. Lynn fell head over heels in love with cosmetology, knowing that she could work to help clients feel beautiful inside as well as creating a fantastic look on the outside. She enjoys the connection she makes with every person that sits in her chair. Her favorite service to perform is hi-lighting brunettes or blondes. She started at About Face six years ago and truly loves the atmosphere and vibe the salon offers on top of a largely talented staff.

She worked at Malcolm of London in Glendale for 3 years. Tammy has been with About Face for the past 12 years where she has been mastering her skills. Her passion in the beauty industry is color dimension and advance cutting techniques.
Tera Dallmann - Hair Stylist/Nail Technician 6 years experience Monday OFF Tuesday 12pm to 8pm Wednesday 10am to 5pm Thursday 12pm to 8pm Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 9am to 5pm Sunday CLOSED		Growing up in Hartford, WI gave Tera the opportunity to start her career in the beauty industry at an early age and worked as a receptionist at a nail and tanning studio called Kute n Cozy. She then transitioned into the field of hair by completing the cosmetology course at Martin's in March of 2007. She has been happily employed at About Face since April of 2007. Tera is a stylist as well as a nail technician. Think of her as your one stop beauty shop where you can have everything done from your hair to your toes! She loves the bond that grows between stylist and client. You can trust that Tera will take her time and use her expertise when it comes to your beauty needs.

After graduating in 1997 she began her career at the Nail Galleria. In 2004 she found a great fit at About Face and has been employed with the salon ever since.
