Owner / Hair Stylist
Started About Face in 1991

It's the intoxicating laughter that has clients questioning what's so funny and wondering who owns that boisterous chuckle. You'll hear the laugh and see the warm smile that seems to glow directly from her nourishing soul. Next you'll hear the appreciative sigh of contentment coming from Kelli's awed clients. That is the blissful experience we want you to receive every time you step through our welcoming doors and into her chair. Whether you are looking for the latest color and cutting techniques or for something uniquely challenging Kelline has the skills to deliver. Satisfaction is guaranteed. 

Kelline, a veteran in the beauty industry, began her journey with About Face in 1991 when she was hired as a hair stylist. For years she has honed her craft by attending educational classes from cuts and colors to perms and relaxers. She is certified by Wayne Grund in razor cutting and with the Keratin Smoothing System.  Kelline has ten years of spray tan certification and in semi permanent eye lash extensions.  She excels in long hair perms and cuts. She is best known for her skills with curly hair. Google it.

In 2007 the opportunity arose for Kelli and her family to preserve About Face's legacy. Now after nearly 10 years Kelli, the heart and soul of our operation, remains dedicated to continuing About Face's family atmosphere. Her team is her family.  Kelline has assembled a very talented, well rounded staff aiming for perfection and always willing to serve you and your beauty needs. 

Heidi Netzel

Esthetician / Nail Technician
Started About Face in 1998

Heidi graduated in the spring of 1997 from the Nail Tech Academy. She worked for a year at two different salons in Crivitz and Wausaukee, WI. Loving the experience she gathered during that time Heidi decided to expand her knowledge in the field by enrolling in the esthetics program at Martin's School of Hair Design. Upon completion of the program in 1999 Heidi moved to Milwaukee where she began her career at About Face. Heidi has furthered her education by taking additional classes in speed waxing, multiple facial classes thru Pevonia, master Brisa classes, and MD Formulations. With her expertise and ever growing knowledge of the nail field Heidi manages the salon's nail technicians with confidence that our salon and staff will always offer you the most relaxing and current services.

Jill Klitzke

Started About Face in 2018

Jill has been in the cosmetology Industry since 1980. She was an educator for OPI, which allowed her to help others enjoy this industry! Keeping up with all of the new trends and new products for nails keeps her excited about introducing them to her clients.

Judy has over 25 years of experience in the beauty business. She has a plethora of experience from her tenure working with plastic surgeons and within medical clinics and salons. Judy's number one priority is client satisfaction. She is able to accomplish this through continuing education, listening to her clients, and providing results through custom designed facials.

Paige Gagan

Lash Artist
Started About Face in 2020

Paige has been an esthetician since 2015 after completing her education at the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness, starting her career as a lash artist at Lash Boutique Grafton in 2017. In addition to lashes, she also is a makeup artist and enjoys doing special occasion and wedding makeup. Paige is well versed in classic lash extensions, but also loves doing full, more noticeable lashes. She self-taught herself to do hybrid lash fills and hybrid lash full sets. Learning something new is always fun for her and will continue in the future. Making beauty happen is her main goal, and it doesn’t stop with just lashing and makeup, she also offers facial waxing, lash lifts and tints.

Julie Bonk

Started About Face in 2018

Julie Bonk joined our team in July 2018 bringing 20+ years of experience in the salon industry. Her love and passion for self-education has enabled Julie to deliver the best look for each and every guest. This love of learning has taken her from New York to Las Vegas attending multiple hands-on training classes by global artists. Julie has educated and trained new staff members for over 15 years. She earned Redken Design and Color Certifications, and has mastered the art of curly hair cutting with her Deva Curl Certification. Julie’s attention to details is like no other, providing the best look for each guest. Her love for hair styling is revealed by the personal relationships she has built with everyone she sees.

For fun, you will find her cheering on her children in their many sporting activities. Personal fitness is also very important to her as well her artistic and creative passions.
